Help with Folios.

Write to support@enraio.com and a person will answer, usually within two working days. Tell us your device, OS version and the app version from Settings — it saves a round trip.

Where are my entries stored?

In a database on your device, and nowhere else. No account, no cloud sync — so no copy exists on any server, and no backup means lost entries if you lose the phone.

What is the decoy PIN for?

A second PIN that opens a separate, ordinary-looking journal — for the moment somebody asks you to unlock your phone. Settings → Privacy & lock.

How do I back up my journal?

Settings → Backup & export. You choose where the file goes, and can protect it with a password (AES-256). Auto-backup writes a fresh file to a folder you pick.

How do I turn analytics off?

Settings → Privacy, switch off usage data. Anonymous crash reports and usage statistics help us fix bugs; nothing you write is ever part of it. Off means nothing is collected or sent.

How do I move to a new phone?

Export from the old device, move the file across, then Import during setup on the new one. Works across iOS and Android, both directions.

How do I delete everything?

Deleting the app removes the journal database with it. To clear entries but keep the app: Settings → Delete all entries. Nothing is held on our side.

I have forgotten my PIN.

There is no way to recover it — we hold no record of it and have no access to your device. Reinstall and import a backup if you have one. This is the trade for a journal nobody else can open.

Reporting a bug

What you were doing, what you expected, what happened — screenshots help. Please do not send journal entries.
