Most webcams are worse than the phone already on your desk. OBS Cam puts that camera into OBS Studio over your own Wi-Fi: add a Browser source, paste the address the app shows you, and you are live. Up to 4K, framed by pinching on the phone, with nothing to install on the computer and nothing leaving your network.
